Yay, yes it was a beautiful morning as I did my first run for wk 3. So, not very far ahead of you and currently enjoying how I feel this week compared with two weeks ago. The scheme is amazing - only have to read all the 'graduate blogs' to know that! All the best Kate - for the next few weeks and the May challenge. Keep smiling :)

Thanks, and you too!! What does week 3 bring, 2 min runs or more?

5 mins warm up, *90 sec run, 90 sec walk, 3 min run*, 3 min walk then back from * to * to repeat once more before walking warm down. Recall very well gasping and not completing the 60 sec runs early in week one...... Then out came the sun today and 3 mins seemed damned fine, OK, a bit of a breeze! :) I don't make a point of discovering what's on the agenda in the weeks ahead ... Will find out as and when the time is right ... But several blogs on here give clues ;). All the best to you whichever route you take. Linda
