OK so today was suppose to be W2 R1 but it is just so sloppy and slippery out there I couldn't do it. I did go out and walk though and listened to the podcast and walked faster at the running bits. So I will try again tomorrow for my first run of week 2. I hope most of the slush is gone by then as I really don't won't soggy feet again. I feel a bit disappointed I couldn't do it today.
