Morning runners

I haven't run since Boxing Day, when I had a gorgeous run, but two days later couldn't walk because of an unrelated back injury. I'm hoping to go out today and use W5R1 to get back into it. I've also had my becotide removed by my practice nurse who decided that I don't have asthma. I'm trying to put that out of my mind, and run through any breathlessness. I'm off to find my Garmin now to make sure that it's charge.

Onwards and upwards C25K+ers!

Good luck and go carefully.

Can't go anywhere at the moment - my Garmin is dead!

Park the Garments in the charger and just go for a run - and welcome back.

I took my garments with me, but sadly the Garmin only recorded half of what i did (no lenses in, and I took my glasses off) but it went really well. I think I'm going to work through W5 or W6 and then go back to my normal training pattern - one long run with no coaching or music, one stamina and one speed each week.
