Well that was a relief! I'm running every second day now and the weeks are flying by.
Did the first non-stop 20 minute run. Found the challenge more mental than physical. I've heard runners say that before and thought it rubbish, but found it true on this run.
Recovered quite easily and feeling very pleased with myself thank you very much!
Week 6 starts in two days!
