As well as the regular Parkrun sites on parkrun.org.uk/ this is a fan site which has a bit more info about at least some of the runs. If you are thinking about doing a Parkrun, it is worth a look to give you a fell for what to expect.

Thanks for the link, it's persuaded me to have a go at Riddlesdown tomorrow (if I can drag myself out of bed on time), I thought it would be very hilly, but they say it's near on flat!

Just found them on FB, they were running last weekend, in shorts and t-shirts!!!!!
