Just completed the first run of week 6. I remember seeing blogs on here saying how hard it was after the 20 mins run and how weird that is. I found it hard myself, but I think as all you good people say it is all in the mind! I asked myself why am I finding it hard? Legs not aching and not breathless (miraculous considering what I was like when I started) bit warm but that's because I'm indoors running on a treadmill. So... It must be in the mind! As everyone says - trust the plan. I can't believe I have less than 3 weeks to go if all goes well! Mags
