I have just received my foam roller which was recommended to me to help with my bad knee. I have a couple of basic exercises that I can do with it but wondered whether any one could give me some more ideas.
Thanks
Viki

I have no idea but have you tried YouTube you may find some ideas there.
I roll my quads and ITB, more or less like here:
except where possible I do both legs at once (saves time )
So I do lateral one leg medial the other, and if there's a tricky bit I can do that individually if nec.
Which reminds me I haven't done it today yet...
Happy rolling - I found it agony at first but I almost enjoy it now so it's doing something!
If you find it too painful initially to roll your IT band as in the video, my physio suggested do it standing up. Roll it up and down the wall with your thigh pressing hard against it and bending at the knees. I did that the first couple of times before I coudl lie on it.
