hey gotout today for 30mins despite the weather....also got on the old exercise bike and did 5 miles!!

We are located in a small town of Kansas, Dodge City. Besides snow and ice, we have the ever joyful wind almost daily, year around. The snow and ice will hopefully leave toward the end of March.

Well done for going despite the weather! Is it bad where you are? I don't mind the cold but I could do without the extra work of lifting my feet above the snow!

I live in East Yorkshire and its been bad but not half as bad as Wales and the South West...The worst thing is when it freezes then its hard going trying to keep ur feet!!

Norfolk. We've had 4 or 5 inches of snow on the ground since Tuesday. I've been running on a playing field this week to avoid slipping on any ice but unfortunately the dog walkers don't compact the snow down much!

lol yes either that or they compact it too much and it gets icy!!

Great isn't it, I got out on the beach late afternoon for interval training, went there because at least it isn't slippy, I don't think I'll get out Sunday for my long easy run though
