Thanks goodness for Parkruns (actually thanks to the volunteers)

Hadn't managed a run all week. Back to work, too wet and cold morning and evening! I wasn't really all that keen on the idea last might but this morning was OK and having dropped one son at the station at 8:30, set off with number 2 son for the local Parkrun. It was a bit icy in places but no wind and a bit of sun on the course for the last k.

We had 391 today which I think is a new record for Edinburgh. Lots of people wanting to keep those New Year resolutions maybe!
