Fully recovered from shin splints and back up to where I was before they struck....
With the New Year I'm thinking of extending my running distance and would love your suggestions as to a good B210k training programme. I don't know where to start, so would really value your advice.

I'm in the middle of Week 2 right now -- three 15 minute runs, broken up by two 1 minute walks. It's harder than it sounds! This is a six week programme that gets you running for 60 minutes. Hope it helps!
