Recommendations please!

Morning all! I’m sure this has been asked a million times before, but I’m after recommendations for a new waist band/pouch etc. My Karrimor one (pictured) has been great through the cooler months as when worn over a zip up hoodie, it stays put. But now I’m running in a t-shirt/vest, it keep riding up and bouncing up and down. Which is driving me nuts and I have to keep pushing it back down and tightening the straps while shuffling along. I just need room for my iPhone SE and car keys. Thank you everyone! Xx

I prefer tights with pockets to stash a minimum of stuff. Mind you I did have a disaster last week when the key wore a hole in my pocket

My run jacket has pockets too If I take it off I just tie it round my middle

I am using a Karrimor wrist pocket now but it’s a bit big for me 🙂

I like Ron Hill and Decathlon trail tights (capris) as they have more pockets

The most-pocketed Ron Hills are actually their marathon shorts 🙂

Mine is a different make but similar style. I have tightened the straps so that it is firm and once I put my phone in there I turn it round so the stuff is on my lower back because I don't like it bouncing against my stomach. I find this works well so might be worth a try while you're looking for something else?

I hadn’t thought of that, I’ll give that a try, thank you!

Hi happysouls, just another quick thank you for your tip. I tried it this morning and it worked a treat 😊

HI. I bought a flip belt from Amazon and it's brilliant. It has 4 pockets (2 front & 2 back) and holds car/house keys on a clip which then tuck into one of the pockets. I load up with keys, iPhone, tissues etc when I run and it carries everything comfortably with no riding up or bouncing about! I'm a 10/12 but ordered a medium after reading the reviews that the small was a bit too snug. It was £20, but worth every penny. I'm going to invest in the water bottles before I go on holiday. They are designed to fit snuggly into the back pockets. Just Google Amazon Flipbelt.

Thanks Delly-dot. I’ve seen these advertised and thought they looked really good, so to hear from someone who’s put one to the test is great. Definitely one to bear in mind...
