Well week one finished. Lovely weather no rain thank goodness .Glad to be back . Still just plodding along but I know that will improve. Thanks to a good friend of mine (who incidentally doesn't think twice about running 8 miles before then playing badminton for an hour ) who said " if you are not walking then you ARE running it doesn't matter how fast you are ". I remind myself of this when I plod (sorry run !! ) along and it keeps me going. Good luck to everyone x

well done - I just finished week 1 as well, and I am definitely a 'plodder' too ;-)

when are you going to start your week 2 runs/plods? I was planning to start w2r1 on Thursday.

Very great advice given! If it were a speed thing, then there is no way I could call myself a runner. Congratulations on getting started and welcome to week 2!!!!! Gayle
