Good morning to all you runners. Thanks to all your super positive support I am now the proud owner of a real pair of Nike running shoes. These should make a difference as week 1 to current have been run in worn out, unsupportive canvas shoes but now I am in the proper running world, thought I should treat myself to something more suitable for a runner! I intend on doing run 3 tomorow bright and early in a postive state of mind - as you all seem to be moving forward there is no excuse for me not to. Have a great weekend, all you runners and I will report back after the new shoe experience tomorrow :)

Whoo-hoo! I love them!!!! I'm sure they will make you run faster and jump higher as any good trainer will do! ;-) Enjoy them and looking forward to a great report! Gayle

Oh yeah!!! New shoes!!! Oh my you already sound faster just posting about your shoes!! I bet that they would even make you type faster if you were wearing them as you blogged!! Make sure that you button everything up tight...those shoes look so fast that you may blow off some of the rest of your kit!! :-)

Keep Running!! :-)

Well if they make me go faster that will be a bonus - just happy if they get me through the second 5 minute run a little easier.....then it is on to week 5 which is over the half way mark of the 9 weeks so already a big achievement. Night all.
