Note to self - make sure the next route doesn't take you up a chuffing big hill for the final 3 minute run!
Still, I managed it. *cheesy grin*

I know, I know. You could kick yourself couldn't you! I keep ending my runs on a hill! I just keep doing it. Like a complete berk! It's not as if it's making me a better runner either. Just a more tired one. LOL
Yep, the runs always seem to start on the uphill bits, but boy is it good to do them!!
Aha, running up a hill near the end of a run ~ what better training for a Great North Run in the future.
I agree with Sallycycle, the more hills you do, the better you will get...well done
Unless you live on top of said chuffing big hill, in which case it is going to be difficult to avoid...
Ooh I did that at about the same place in the programme as you. I think it was a final 5 min run and I really thought I might die! Well done for getting up it anyway, feels good doesn't it
Haha, I just did this too! It doesn't matter what route I take from my house it's downhill and obviously returning home is back up it! Even the slightest hill is psychologically difficult but it is nice when you get to the top. Tomorrow I think I might try the one I've secretly named "the demon". When you get to the top I then have to turn right and get up that hill too... It's niggling me now so I HAVE to try! Happy (uphill) running!
