Well i didnt do what i set out to do on Sunday, that was to go on the cross trainer. I also didnt try to restart week 2 again either bad very bad. But what happend was ( i know your thinking here come the excuses) I got a brand spanking new GRANDAUGHTER. cartwheels around the house. Sunday daughter in law went into labour,lots of pacing going on. Monday lots of pacing going on (hard to do when you work in a primary school) then at 17.10 on Monday afternoon/evening she arrived. Fantastic whoop whoop. so I couldnt possibly do any running because my heart had already run a marathon.Just thought i would share that with you all.
P.S I have had 2 yoga sessions if that counts.xxxxxx
