... how did that happen? It only seems a few weeks ago when I was struggling to finish 60 seconds of running and now I only have one more interval session then it is just keep running for 20 odd minutes.
I kept hoping the rain would stop but in the end just went out and did my run along the Camel Trail (which now resembles a river). I started off with my waterproof but took it off about halfway round as I got too warm. There is something about running in the rain - probably the thought of that hot shower/bath that is to come. Anyway, I am pleased that I went out and now almost a runner.

Good for you for getting out there in the rain and nailing your run! I should be out at the moment but a combination of rain, dark, low temp, cold wind and night out tonight has put me off. I'll get out tomorrow morning regardless of the weather. Now my intentions are published I'lll have to do it!
I am lucky as I can go out in daylight: if I had to go out in the dark I think it would be a different thing!! I will add that on my return the rain stopped about an hour later. Good luck with your run tomorrow morning (you have to go now).
From a struggling 60 seconds to now running for over 20 minutes...look at you!!!! It is an awesome journey, isn't it? Do you know that most awesome part? YOU ARE DOING IT!!!
