Just completed W2R2, first run in bad weather as I'm in NZ where we have just come into summer. But today was cold, windy and rainy and it was so tempting to not set foot out the door. So I commend all you northern hemisphere runners who are taking part in this challenge with the additional obstacle of winter weather! Go you guys, kudos!

It was indeed cold, windy and rainy here last night - the difficult bit is getting out the door though, after that it's good to be out in it

Ah mate, I'm at the exact same stage in the programme as you but in the other hemisphere!! How are you finding it? I'm aching but enjoying it, even getting out in the frost, wind and rain is good. I start off cold and reluctant, but finish a happy sweaty Betty! ??
I end up as a sweaty Eddie

It's a mental challenge to get out the door but as sfb350 says, it's good, nice and cool.
I always tell myself when I get out of my nice warm bed early in the morning that I've already done the hard part. Everything else should be easy.
