Ran home from football last Monday night (which I do every week, it's about 3.3 miles) and felt a tad sore at the base of my left shin. So I gave my Tuesday run a miss, and aimed to go out for a long-ish run on Thursday...the weather had other ideas...it was biblical!!!
Tonight, I'm running to my GF's house after football, which is 4.3 miles (google maps), a distance that I've covered 4 or 5 times, but for some reason the route is filling me with fear...! Could this be a bit of doubt? Or because I haven't ran for a week???
HELP!
