Well, knee is continuing to be annoying, and refusing to do what it ought to be doing, and supporting me with the running. wk9 run1 was completed over 3 weeks ago and I have not been anywhere near that time or distance since then
I am however, trying to keep walking and did 30 minutes yesterday at a fairly brisk walking pace, and did include 5 minutes running, but it was not the same as running for 30 minutes.
Am feeling really envious of everyone progressing through the c25k, and was getting very excited at Graduating as well, and now I don't know when I will get there, or if I ever will.
So, still hoping I will get there one day, but going to look at alterantive exercise for a few months to see how things go. Good luck to everyone on your journey and hope you make it to the end and beyond!

Don't despair. I first started c25k early this year - but then hurt my ankle and stupidly ran on it. I ended up having to take 3 months off. I started again from scratch and have been going through more cautiously, repeating weeks sometimes several times until I felt I could push on.
Maybe consider resting your knee completely for a couple of weeks. You might lose less fitness than you think.
I hope this turns out to be a small setback for you - and you graduate when you're better
Is your knee getting any better? have you seen the consultant yet? I feel for you, as my knee has been trouble on and off for some time. A few weeks ago I thought I had it sorted, I'd followed the physio's advice and gradually built up my time again, but i think I did too much too soon and after doing a parkrun 2 weeks ago my knee started hurting bad again, although not straight away, later on that night. I'm on the mend again but trying not to hurry to get to 30 mins this time, I've gone back to week 5 for now. If I manage 20mins today I'll take a 2 day break. Good luck with getting yor knee sorted.
So sorry to hear this Caro and I feel your frustration but at least you are being sensible about it and still keeping active which can only be a good thing. Yes, maybe looking at alternative training that doesnt put stress on the knee may be the answer until all is better with it. Lets hope you are back to running soon. Best of luck!
I know exactly how you feel, I'm sidelined with a wonky knee atm and the other isn't 100% either.
What's wrong with yours? Mine's chondromalacia and I've to ice and do a series of exercises, plus I can go on the bikes and cross trainer at the gym. The cross trainer especially feels quite good, almost like jogging but without the impact through your legs. Maybe that would be something for you too?
I agree it's horribly frustrating, but you're right not just to run on, all the experts say 'Never run on a painful knee' - and having tried it out at the beginning of my problem I can now only agree. Wait till it's painfree then take baby steps... good luck, fingers crossed for us both.
So sorry to hear that you are still having problems with your knee - it must be so frustrating for you
It sounds like you are keeping active though so hopefully once your knee is sorted you will be able to get back into the swing of things again quite quickly.
Reading your blog it is clear that you are very determined so be patient, let you knee heal and then come back better and stronger and I have no doubt that some time in the future we will be seeing that little green graduate badge next to your name
I am so sorry for your misfortune, Caro!! I also have to say that I am quite proud of you for continuing to walk and do short runs as your knee allows!! It would be very easy to throw in the towel and just give up.
With a bit of luck, time and rest we can all hope that your knee recovers and you can return to running. Until then, keep your head up and bask in the knowledge that you know you can run 30 minutes when your body allows you to again!
So sorry to hear that Caro-at least I waited until post grad to injure my knee. Just don't do any heavy running too soon. I'm out until Wednesday, at least. I'll have along brisk walk on it and see.
Very frustrating for you, as Graduation so tantalizingly close.
