I don't normally share details publically about my underwear . . . but yes ladies - you've guessed it this one is about a sports bra. Must say how megga impressed I was with my new SHOCK Absorber!
Although I was suprised this sports contraption didn't come with a fitting manual, and it was quite expensive, I'm well pleased with it and would recommend it to all.

Sports bra, for me it is essential - I'm rather well endowed and just wouldn't be able to run comfortably without mine, but yes, it is an absolute pain to get on :o)
Having stood at the end of a park run this week, I can tell you that even small breasted women should wear a sports bra.
Actually have been known to need help with putting mine on - a bit of a reversal for the good man of the house! But not good running without the proper equipment, so I am becoming a bit of a contortionist and don' t undo the wee clips, but put it on over my head, then struggle to do the conventional hooks. That's where the extra pair of hands come in.
