I graduated πŸ₯³: so chuffed, for someone who ever only ran on the Dads race at sports day I think I have done pretty well πŸ˜‚

Now I am looking for something after c25k would like to aim for a 10k with the same sort of plan and structure as the One You c25k.

Oh and here is the last #couchpotphot I captured on my C25k journey. Stay safe everyone.

Well done! To be fair I'd say you can apply the same principles to running 10k. My husband and I did C25K last year, we stopped over winter and restarted on March 1st. We've just done our first 10k today. I've found my feet look a little more battered but we did it! Little by little build your distance. If you start getting any niggling injuries cut back on the distance. Good luck πŸ‘
