what do i need to work on

Hi all i am returning back to the c25k after taking time out dut to personnel reasons. I need to redo some of it but the question is as i due to start at the gym soon. Is it core and strength i need to work on at the gym

Hi toonfan! Welcome back! I think core and strength work will help enormously with your running. Especially leg weights as you will build strong muscles around your joints which help prevent injury. I would ease back in gently if I were you, good luck and let us know how you get on!
