I'm such a plonker.... I got in my head that week 6 was x three 25 minute runs which i did then I thought week 7 was x3 28 minute runs which is what I've done apart from getting board i did it -so I guess next week I might be on week NINE .....or shouldn't I ??? I think I can see a green badge coming my way soon ;) ;) ;)

Good grief I read that as you'd done 3x25runs in one session! Well done you anyway, not a plonker at all! Think you should have the badge now :)

Go for it! I did week 9 twice as I managed to miss week 8 due to an ipod malfunction. But if you are happy at 28 minutes you might as well go for the 30. Green badge not very far away now.

Go for it, Red!! If the 28 minute runs went well and you feel comfortable going on, try it!!

You are on a roll, keep it up!! You will be shining that wonderful "Graduate" badge before you know it!!

Keep Running!! :-)

well i still feel fine this morning so will go for another 28 minutes on friday then next wednesday I'll attempt 30 minutes - I'm not sure but think 4.46k in 28 minutes is a quite respectable time ?

yes, its a very respectable time, you will probably hit the 5k in 30min very soon - quite an amazing achievement. I managed it on my last wk9 run and so its onwards and upwards. Will try stepping stone tomorrow and aiming to get to 5k in 25mins by 25th Nov when I do a charity run, my first ever.
