Well done redfacewoman!!! In the first few weeks of the programme i didn't lose much but found my body shape really changed. However in the last 3 1/2 weeks i dropped about a stone!!!

Feels great dosen't it? Slimmer, fitter and mentally stronger..... i think us C25Kers could rule the world!!!!!!

Keep it up xx

I've actually been on and off running since May but have had bouts of injury slipped disc and sacroilititis so had about six weeks of enforced rest but I'm now on W6R2 and love it. As for watching my weight yes but not dieting I have discovered porridge made with water and a drizzle of honey this keeps me going for hours then I eat lots of lovely fruit and have cut down on the amount I eat but not what i eat. My shape has changed beyond regonition but would still like to get rid of another stone - our son gets married in March and thats my couch to five 5 encouragement- but the buzz of running is totally adictive I feel like a really boaring old fart but feel soooo great I need to shout it for the sky

We are on par redfacewoman-I've lost 12lb, so almost a stone! fantastic isn't it? Well done to you too :-)

You will reach your goal. Only thing I would say is watch your fruit intake-high in Fructose, which in plain English is sugar. Stick to a handful of fruit a day, and see even more weight drop off.Switch to Organic milk-pasture fed cows, no rubbish injected into them, and milk high in Gammaloenicacid-GLA-, which you need to break down fat and prevent storage. Lower by 64% LDL (bad cholesterol) than the other milk too.

Really pleased for you-wonderful blog!

Keep on Running :-)
