You may not lose anything, especially if your intake is more than you lose on exercise - but you will get fitter! And that’s really the point of it - good luck !

Well I’m a healthy eater usually but I’m being more mindful and cutting out the junk food.

My aim is to get fitter and healthier but I would like to loose the weigh also so the plan is to hopefully kick the bulge as well as the fitness

It’s not a weight loss programme It certainly helps keep your weight down providing you eat the right things

I lost nearly five Stones as a result of eating better, cutting out booze and increasing my exercise.

learning to run made me want to get my diet right as I wanted to be fit and healthy so I could keep running

💪👍😃

Oh wow well done and that’s how I plan to kick it all at once and not just one or the other

I’d ditched fags years ago but boozing was doing me in health wise so I simply quit Then my weight needed to be addressed so I joined WW, lost over 3 stones, felt so much better so I wanted to do more walking. I borrowed a dog He was so strong and fast I couldn’t keep up so I learned to run with this fab programme I lost another stone or so. I’ve kept running Still walking that dog 😁. He’s here with me now, having just been for a walk I love him to pieces. 🐕

Still running too, having never stopped once I started

Moving more will increase your appetite & running doesn't burn many calories really. That said, I started c25k previously and lost 10lbs. I am losing weight again now and on week 5 currently.

It will help you lose if you are eating well, and you will probably notice inch loss as well :)

You can lose weight and your body shape changes also just be mindful of what you are eating . 😊😊

I've lost a stone since starting the program but have been doing it conjunction with counting calories to ensure I have a deficit at the end of every week. I've been using Team RH on Facebook for advice. Still losing weight but eating 3000 calories per day. My problem before was binging on crap basically. Thought I was eating healthily but all went to pot at the weekend when I'd have family bag of Doritos or coated peanuts. If I stick to the 3000 calories, I never feel hungry enough to binge but still lose approximately 1lb of fat a week.

That sounds like my old diet. I eat healthy but was treating myself too often with binge eating on crap in the evening. So cut that out and started running to add with my walks and fingers crossed I’ll be loosing soon 🤞🏻
