Finished it about 2 hours ago, legs feel a bit tired now but they were a lot better throughout the run. Was about to soldier on past 23 minutes requirement and managed to get to 42 until I felt the tightness in my knee again. Really getting into the mood for running quite easily now. Also, had my weekly weigh in and lost 3lbs since last week - 11 in total since I've started. Hope some/if not all of you are managing the program well and are enjoying it as much as I am

Well done, on both the running and the weightloss Tempting as it is to run for longer, (not that I felt that way myself at the time!), watch those niggly injuries tho!
