Week 5 run 1

Completed run 1 of week 5 yesterday and felt really good. Found it easier to run five minutes outside rather than inside surprisingly. Has anyone esle found this? It is going to be disappointing when I have to venture inside to the treadmill due to dark and/or slippery conditions underfoot.

I also treated myself to a running top and tights from sports direct yesterday morning and they fit albeit snugly although wish the tights werent so long! and the top kept riding up under my hoodie. Also bought some socks, a running belt for the summer when i dont wear a coat and have nowhere to put my ipod, a new sports bag and a drinking bottle. (The clothes and socks were karrimor)
