Finally got to do my first post-grad run this morning. A nice easy 25 minutes doing the same route as I did for my grad run last Sunday. No problems, but very cold and I really did wrap up so sweating cobs right now. Am going again tomorrow to try and get a few more miles back into my legs before I start chasing down my 5k pb again or starting stepping stones. I'm just so glad to be running again. Happy running this weekend everyone

Glad you are back in the groove Fraz and feeling better. Boy was it cold this morning!!! I realy want to run again tomorrow too and make the most of the weekends and the daylight to run in - just hope the wind has died down a bit....
