Week 4, Run 2 - all done

A wee bit late in the update but did my 2nd run from week 4 yesterday evening. Wednesday runs always seem a bit more of a struggle after a day at work but it was do-able all the same. Legs today are a bit tired but nothing too bad. Last run for week 4 due Saturday so a couple of days rest now. Although I will do a kettlebell workout tonight just to keep things loose! :)

  • Snap! I did my 2nd run of week 2 last night too and thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't quite believe how different I feel now to when I staggered home bright red and puffing after my very first run. I love this program and am looking forward to seeing what week will bring. Kettle ball sounds interesting?? The only other exercise I've been doing is walking my dogs...all good fun though...Well done to you and good luck for Saturday...
