Well, I've finally done it, I've graduated from the C25K programme. I know, I should be leaping around with joy, shouting from the rooftops, cheering etc etc. Normally I would be. No longer in the mood to celebrate tonight having just found out that two people I know have passed away due to cancer really c**** night tonight.

You've every right to be muted in your celebration eshaz and I'm sorry to hear you've had sad news. I hope that given some time, you will be able to appreciate exactly what you have done here. Well done you, you will be proud of yourself in time.

Sorry to hear the sad news eshaz. When you are in a better frame of mind you will be able to reflect back on this run and your graduation and have a belated celebration. Well done though; its a great achievement. Best wishes.
