The day after the first run and the day before the second ....

So... didn't sleep as well as I expected after such a difficult work out. I expected to be flat out after all that puffing panting and exertion! But instead, I felt like my feet were still in my trainers "air" running!! I did manage to get some sleep eventually. But then woke with a tremendous headache. Methinks I was dehydrated and so at least Ive learnt I need to drink more water.

Ive ordered meself another sports bra (sorry men folk C25Kers!) because to be frank, me existing one didn't cut the mustard. So expensive so it had better do the job! if It doesnt I may have to resort to layers of tubular bandages from the Poundshop!!

Second run tomorrow after work and im half nervous and half looking forward to it. I think im nervous because I know what Laura has in store for me!! But then, Ive got something in store for her -- Im a stubborn red head determined to get out there and run! So there!!

Thanks everyone for your support. Wouldn't be doing this without it.

Well done, AuntieAli, specially with an "unsatisfactory" bra! I found I needed to drink loads of water when I started running, but it's kind of adjusted now. Just as well as I used to get desperate for the loo half way round my route!!!! Good luck with run 2.
