tonights run was successful but depressing, after 3 weeks of resting my back I have gone back from W7R3 to W4R1, it was successful but I can't say that I didnt find it tough! I am also very worried about hurting my back again, so every twinge is a worry! I'll be taking it slower this time!!!!

First of all, very well done for getting back after your injury SKessex :-) I do understand how you feel as after 6 weeks with an arm in plaster I "went down" from the last run of week 6 to week 3. This isn't a race, there is no rush. Take it easy and you will get there soon or later. It doesn't matter an iota when. The important thing is that you are out there.
