This run was a little difficult for me. I'd been feeling awful, under the weather, headachy and tired. I was restless and hoped that some fresh air would do me good.
I put on my ipod and set off. At first I really did feel better. I took it fairly easy, my headache cleared a bit and I felt more relaxed. But then at the end I made the mistake of pushing just a little harder than I should have, and ended up quite exhausted again.
I was glad I'd gone out for my run, but I've learned to listen to my body and in the future when it says, "Sloow down..." I will. I also learned that I feel a lot better when I do get out for at least a bit.
