Just out of curiosity I mapped my week 1 and week 2 routes and was surprised to find that I am already covering about 5K in the 30 minutes covered by the podcasts.
I am a bit concerned that I may not be pacing myself correctly and when it comes to the longer running stints that I may find I have a stamina problem.
Could I ask what sort of distances everyone else is covering in the early weeks?
Regards
Matt

I was doing between 3.7 & 4.3 km in weeks 1 & 2 but that then dropped drastically in Wk3 as I the runs kicked in & I had to pace myself (which was a bit disappinting at the time)
I have though now seen a steady increase week on week - but didn't hit 4km again til Wk5
I was up to 3.55k by the end of week 2. I did Week 3 run 1 this morning and was disappointed as this session is considerably shorter than weeks 1 and 2 which I found hugely annoying as I like to map my distance progress after every session on a spreadsheet (geeky I know!!)
I agree with Spud. Just go with whatever pace you feel comfortable with. We are all different so there's no right or wrong to it.
I have edged up slowly to 3k at the start of week 6 according to mapmyrun. I started mapping my runs in week 3 and was just over 2.5k in week 3. I have read others at week 9 that are working close to 5k. As Spud and CatLoverSue said, we are all different.
