Park run

There seem to be a lot of people talking about park runs. Are these national events or local? If they are national how do I go about finding ones in my area please? Thanks.

You need to register on the website. You are then given a unique barcode to print out and take along with you. You need to show the barcode to one of the marshalls at the end of the run to log your time.
