week 3 run 1 not too bad!

well it's taken 9 weeks to get this far, health setbacks including knee injury and food poisoning, then job interview and holiday all added to distractions, but back on track and feeling good

much prefer running in the outdoors like today, but realised without the pedometer i tend to run too fast which makes me struggle and breathless, so plan to continue on the treadmill now until i get better sense of speed.

Really looking forward to the next run!
