Ive just finished y 3rd run of week 1 and I have to say that if it wasn't for the support of my friends and family I wouldn't have got this far. I've got a reputation for starting things and never seeing things through, but also love proving people wrong!

My mission is to get a Beyonce Body - I can dream - but I was told its always a good thing to have an end goal with smaller goals along the way. I completed my first run after a heavy night on the Cider and I thought that I was going to pass out and felt so sick. As a very very unfit 26 year old I felt ashamed of myself....the ONLY thing that pulled me through that run was the support that I had from a friend who was running with me, giving me encouragement and pushing me all the way. I realised that if I can do this WITHOUT cheating with a hangover I can do it any other time!

I've also taken to posting my progress on Facebook and this has helped me motivate myself even more! My friends and fam who work early shifts now send me early morning text messages to make sure I'm up and give me encouragement for my outing. I'm actually looking forward to my 5.30am wake up call tomorrow morning to get it done before work! Having a buddy to work with is deffinately the way forward!

A little something I always tell myself when things are getting hard....YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE, THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN STOP YOU IS YOU!!!

That's great. Glad I'm not the only one that has thought "if I can do this with a hangover" then I can do it any time ;-)

Well done. I also tend to get so hooked into things and then they fade away again.... however, I want to prove that I can do this, not only to myself, but to friends and family too. and of course, getting myself fitter and lighter as well!! Good luck in your runs, keep going. Everyone on here started at wk1r1 and loads never thought they would get where they have. To repeat what has been said before (perhaps a million times) If I can do this, any one can!! Good luck with your next run and beyond!
