Well I'm just back from a run in the lovely E. Yorks village where I live. Week 8 run 3 and it felt great ! I did just over 2 miles in 28 minutes. 3 more runs and that will be it ! I will miss the structure of the programme but I'm looking forward to doing some parkruns. To anyone wondering whether to give it a try - go for it ! If I can do it (age 51, not done any proper exercise for years and mainly office bound at work), then anyone can. Thanks to you lovely healthunlocked lot for your support and encouragement !

That's three of us with only 3 runs left -downnotup as well - so, providing no one ends up on the injury couch, it's going to be an impressive graduation ceremony
Good luck, great going so far !
