Pembrey 10 mile multi terrain 25/11/12 anyone?

Hiya Wondered if anyone else fancied this challenge?

My sister has done it and recommended it as my next challenge. As well as the distance it involves some hilly bits and a stretch of beach running then a climb up a sand dune! I have 8 weeks to prepare so probably going to have a go! Anyone else want to join me? Message me if you do

That looks like a gorgeous run, but phew, beach running at the end! Blimey that'll sort your glutes out !
