So the dreaded week 5 is behind me and onto week 6. I actually didn't find it as bad as I'd expected and think week 4 was actually worse. But having finishes run 1 I have very a hey quads, hopefully just a 1 off but we'll what the week brings

Just finished the same run myself and I definitely agree that week 4 was worse, I hated week 4. Are we getting better or is it getting easier ?
I'm in the middle of the dreaded week 5-completed run 2 this morning. I am honestly dreading non interval running, but I guess if I can run for 8 minutes I can run for 20-eeeek!
I quite enjoyed week 4-felt I was getting somewhere at last.
