I seem much more sore on my left side, this is from the start of the C25K and I'm now on w5r2. My left shin/lower back soreness is so much more noticeable. Do other people get this???

Yes, I tend to get it more in my right calf. I'm very right handed and presume I must put more weight on my right side - I do try to redress the balance but it's not easy.

Yes, I always remembered that my left side would ache first and would seem to set my right side off if that makes sense, which would then ache more than my left.

I'm sure you will have considered this, but do you vary the side of the road you run as the camber of the pavement can set you off, something to do with one leg having to travel further. If you hadn't thought of it, try doing half your work out on one pavement, half on the other.

Take car and rest up if you are in any pain :-)
