I've done it!!!!!

Wow I have finally done it week 9 all runs done. I didnt do it in the time because of holidays etc and I did go of it. So do I get graduation badge for finishing or is it only when I do 5K, I was so close I did it in 4,88 km, how frustrating.

So when is the best thing to go on to next, im sure lots of you have had a chance to have a go with the different podcasts so any info would help.

  • You are a graduate, well done! I took ages after graduating to get to 5k so you are doing brilliantly.

  • Well done! I graduated today too and asked for a badge even though I haven't quite made it to 5K. I read somewhere here that really you should get three graduations, one for completing running for 30 mins, one for running for 5K and one for running 5K in 30 minutes or under. I say apply for your badge and bask in the glory!

I'm hoping to keep up running three times a week and pushing on to 5K - the challenge will be the cold and dark mornings/nights for me.....

  • Excellent ! You need to ask for your hard-earned graduate badge but it is certainly well deserved. :-)

  • Well done on graduating littlejan! I've just graduated and am doing the C25K+ podcasts.

  • Congratulations on completing the C25K programme. I finished a day or two ago and am now working on a 10K training programme.

Send a message to admin, JR21 - find him in the directory - to ask for a graduate badge.

  • Congratulations, Littlejan - I graduated a while ago and have only just achieved 5k, so you are doing brilliantly! Enjoy that shiny green badge!

  • CONGRATULATIONS! You inspire me!!! :-)
