Just saying hello! Graduated last week and this week have completed two 5k runs in about 36 minutes which im happy with. Am taking part on a 5k fun run for the British heart foundation this Sunday so hoping for a similar time! Anybody else get stupidly excited when they got their graduate badge on here?!

I was so exited I posted the announcement a couple of times. We deserve it Make the most of it and enjoy the 5k. I did one but we didn't get medals we got a Xmas pudding. I was soo disappointed. 
well done on graduating 
and on the fun run the badge is the icing on the cake and always a reminder of where we all started
