5k+ podcasts - list of what happens in each

I'm sure I read a detailed list of what is in each 5k+ podcast - how many minutes at which level etc - but I can no longer find it - can any one help?

Hi there - here's an article explaining everything. Enjoy - and let us know what you think! nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...

Hello Laura - thank you so much for answering. I was so sure I'd read a more detailed programme for each podcast somewhere - how many minutes at each pace etc.

When I tried to count the number of chunks at each rate I'd swear I only ran 25 mins on the stepping stone and 30 mins on the stamina run. A nice surprise to find it was longer than I thought.

I (and everyone) owe you a huge thank you for all the C25k podcasts - the perfect level of calm encouragement from you has made all the difference. I still can't believe I've been running three times a week since the spring. For someone who loathes sport/exercise, you have achieved the impossible.

Thrilled with the 5k+ podcasts - they're exactly what I needed.

When I did the stepping stones podcast, even I thought I'd only run for 25 minutes :O

I made my own list from the podcasts: speed 155bpm for 5 minutes, *165bpm for 60 secs, 150bpm for 60 secs* repeat from * to * 6 times. (sounds like a knitting pattern!). slow down to walk.

stamina: 158 bpm for 10 minutes, 160 bpm for 20 minutes, 165bpm for 5 minutes. (walk each end as usual)

stepping stones: 150 bpm for 10 minutes, 155 bpm for 15 minutes, 160 bpm for 5 minutes. (walks as usual)

Hope this helps :)
