Hi, can anyone recommend how to keep my exercise programme going after I have finished the C25K programme? I’ve just finished week8. Thanks.

That's a great list. Don't think you included good gym which I am going to try when the evenings get lighter. Doesn't matter for the individual tasks but I want the group ones and not sure about doing that in the dark.

You run to a task and run back. One off tasks like change a lightbulb for someone who can't do it for themselves, regular tasks like run to visit an isolated person and have a chat over a cuppa and group tasks where you run together to a task like clear a community garden together then run home. Not tried it yet.

I like podrunner app, gives you a bpm to run so you can start where you’re comfortable. There’s also programs to build up to 8k or 10k
