Just got back from Week 3 Run2, and I'm amazed to see how my body is coping!! I cant thank the people on this forum who encouraged me so much!
After almost giving up, I cant believe I'm now running 3 mins!

Great stuff! I think everybody must have at least one point where they thought it was all too much but when they kept going surprised themselves. I know it was like that for me. I really enjoy all of my runs apart from the nasty hilly bits now and couldn't be without it. Happy running.
Thanks Suki_007! Its so encouraging when we see progress Cant wait to graduate!!! What do you do now that you've graduated?
I'm really enjoying running every day now. This weather is incredibly lovely to run in as long as I go out early (I'm in France and it is quite hot in the daytime) and I'm doing lots of canicross training runs with my dogs so that we can do some racing next year. I hope! Haha I also enjoy eating lots and yet being at my target weight - that I've not been at for 25 years. I bless the day I found C25K. If I can do it, anyone can - I was the laziest person alive, totally unfit, and I couldn't be bothered with exercise and thought it was boring. Try and stop me now!
Well done, I did the same run today and felt good as well. Maybe this thing works
Well done, I'm doing that one later, nice that there are people at the same stage as me..... It certainly seems to be working
