Well I'm trying to get out every other day, but had a few extra rest days, as my left knee requested them!! Replaced a run with a swim.
My first run post graduation I decided no pressure, I'd like to run to 5k but it didn't matter if I stopped and walked (who am I kidding). Anyway without the pressure I managed a PB of 29.51 fo 5k.
My other two runs have been around the 31 min mark.
I'm going on holiday for a couple of weeks soon can't wait to run somewhere new, as I love the exploring that running brings, should I go left or right? Decisions, decisions!
Anyway the plan is to continue with the 5k runs until after the holiday and then on to a 10k programme, knees permitting.
