Week7 run1 today. Really really wasn't in the mood at all. Left leg and shin in particular was aching. Thought I would do the walk-up walk and see how it went - and ended up doing the whole run. Found the last 5 minutes hard - probably the hardest of all the runs I've done but got there in the end at the same pace of 5mph. Another one down. Another step closer to graduation. Eight runs to go!

Well done derby doc, I'm 3 runs behind you and getting scared, but I suppose there's nothing to fear but fear itself, no? Congrats, you did it!

Derbydoc you give us all inspiration! I'm right at the beginning, so you will have graduated long before I get to your standard. Hope the shin and leg are not reacting to your marvelous run.
