I've yet to try any of the new podcasts but fancy giving the speed one a go this weekend. Is it advisable to do this podcast on flat ground? Most of the areas around me are hills so wondering if I should venture further afield?

speed is 60 seconds intervals so hills might be a challenge. It's my favourite but if you do decide to do it, take short, fast steps rather than strides. That's just the right gait for going up hill, anyway so you might be OK. Let us know :)

Oh is it intervals then? Ahh, that should make it easier, I thought it was full on speeeed for 20 minutes.

I'll give that a whirl today then :)
