I did the speed podcast today and really enjoyed it - however I am having real problems hearing the beat - Laura is nice and clear, but then sometimes when the music comes back on I am straining to hear a definate beat - anyone else having this problem?? Or maybe I am just going deaf!!

I had to turn up the volume and when Laura counted 1,2,3,4 I just kept on counting in my head in the same time. Spent almost the full time counting but enjoyed it :) Good luck for next time

me too - I think next time I will turn the volume right up and if Laura is yelling at me it might spur me on ;0)

I can't work out the beat, but I thought it was just me being unable to keep to a beat anyway unless it's real head-banging music. I need Laura to count all the way through because I'm sure that even when I carry on counting in my head, it's probably not at the same beat as Laura :)
